Scope of Warranty
PQI guarantees that all products are fully tested and free of defects in materials or workmanship. PQI will replace or repair any defective or damaged product with the following terms and conditions.

Product Warranty Period
All OEM/ODM products supplied by PQI come with a 2-year warranty.

Warranty Period Definition
Warranty period starts from the product's original date of purchase.

Product Repair
1. Request RMA code: To send a product for repair, please contact the sales or RMA unit via e-mail/fax to request the RMA Application Form. Fill out the nature of product malfunction (contact method and address must also be included) to request an RMA authorization code.
2. Sending the RMA Product: Please write the RMA code clearly on the external packaging. The product should be properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation. The RMA product must be mailed to the PQI Taipei Head Office, international PQI subsidiary or sales location (at own cost) within 30 days of the RMA code being issued. Once the repairs have been made, PQI will then pay for the cost of shipping and insurance for sending the product back to the customer.
