‧ PQI announces S528, a 2.5” SATAII SSD with high transfer rate, stability, low power consumption and quiet operation. A special feature of this product is its utilization of 64MB DRAM Cache where it will first hand sort incoming data, distribute it evenly amongst flash blocks and in turn reduce unnecessary flash read / write actions. This will reduce wear and extend flash module lifespan.
